Naming and brand identity for Pinpoint – a new service aimed at visitor attractions, offering bespoke maps, augmented reality and many other services, designed to create a fully immersed, feature rich visitor experience.
The dots can play an important part of the identity, symbolising a visitor’s journeyand also their digital interaction within a venue. A digital animated version of the logo will be used with the dots from the i moving to symbolise the start and end of a user journey
The website will be brought to life with cool, creative and engaging ways such as 3D animated emojis that could pop up. This compliments the rich, digital, immersive user experience that Pinpoint would help create.
The identity is based around minimal icons, layout and typography found in typical way-finding signage.  Adding the dot from the logo gives it a sense of movement and interactivity.
Buttons and call to actions will also include the way-finding graphic style.
